NRG Surly Singlespeeder Patrick Humenny sent us an image of his built up Karate. Paddy mentioned to us how he figures there’s a demon on his shoulder that’s telling him it’s faster on the geared full-squish side of things but so far he is keeping that guy at bay, ha!

We are pretty sure that there will some suffering to be had if you try to hold Paddy’s wheel!

Local Nelson ripper and big mountain slayer Mike Kinrade recently sent us an image of his new 2011 ride. NRG is helping Mike out again with Maxxis rubber and a Chromag Moon saddle again this year. .

Wilson SL

2011 Wilson SLOur BC sales rep Steve Mitchell is also the western Canada sales rep for Devinci. Steve rode the prototype Wilson most of last season and was really excited about the new platform for their DH bike. Couple of conversations later and a shiny new Devinci Wilson SL frameset showed up here at NRG for me.

Cockpit courtesty of Chromag with an OSX bar in Ano black and Hope Tech M4 brakes with Sensus “Salmon hook grips” The stem/crown is the only integrated 888 stem in North America at this moment by Hope Tech. Crossing our fingers that more will be available shortly.

Cranks are a set of MRP Camber cranks rolling on a Hope BB.  The new Mini G2 Sl with a 34T Chromag chainring.

Trying to wait patiently for the snow to melt so I can get out and rip some loam. Can’t wait for spring!
